“ Really good place to eat. We got the trout I highly suggest the lemon pepper. I got the fried trout it was good but it did taste like Captain D's batter. My husband got the lemon pepper and it was the best. It's on the pricey side but we splurged for our 24 yr anniversary. The atmosphere was great and we loved the view of the river out our window. ”
“ This is a nice place to get away from the tradition chain restaurants. It is a bit out of the way but that is also some of the charm to the place. The atmosphere is hands down the main reason to go but the food is great and the service is as well. It can get crowded at times - especially during the fall leaves season. The parking isn’t great but it is manageable and also adds to the experience. To avoid crowds trying early when they open or later in the day. The views and sounds from the river is very relaxing and beautiful to see. It’s a perfect place for an anniversary dinner or other special occasions. ”

“ Stopped in while visiting Blue Ridge and we really enjoyed this restaurant. We ordered fried green tomatoes and fried pickles as our appetizers. I ordered the blackened trout with a house salad, collard greens, and smoked Gouda grits. It was all amazing, especially the trout! My wife ordered the sirloin with a Cesar salad, green beans, and fries. Hers was good, but we did agree the steak was over cooked and under seasoned however I’m still going to give 5 stars because everything else was so good. We would definitely eat here again on our next visit to the mountains. ”

“ This was an amazing restaurant. Loved the atmosphere here cut lil merch shop at the front and breathtaking river views with cute photo op places by the river and an outdoor patio. We loved our food as well. The Cajun shrimp pasta, rainbow trout sampler, teriyaki salmon, the scallops, and kids nugget and fries. We had the chocolate cake and coconut cake for dessert and it was delicious too. ”
“ While visiting Blue Ridge, chose Toccoa Riverside for our 25th Anniversary dinner. Service, food and atmosphere were great! For appetizer ordered the Fish dip and loved it! For entrees, my husband had the Lobster Pasta and I had the 14 oz Choice Ribeye. Both were excellent..and took leftovers with us! Great experience. Would definitely return when in the area. Highly recommend! ”

The location by the river, the atmosphere, decor, service and the FOOD . Everything we ordered was very tasty. I highly recommend the pecan and blackened trout. ”
